We have lots planned for the Holidays at MakerCraft!

Grand Opening Weekend

Our Grand Opening weekend is Friday-Sunday, November 8-10. Come tour the space and shop for gifts (or get something for yourself) at our Pop-Up Market!

The Market will be open all three days from 10 AM to 6 PM. Join us for a reception Friday night at 6 PM.

Call for Artists

MakerCraft Studio is looking for Local Craftspeople and Artists

  • For our Pop-up Market on November 8th, 9th and 10th
  • In our newly renovated building at 6 South Main Street, Mont Alto PA.
  • There will be a reception at 6 PM on Friday Nov 8th

If you are interested as an artist or craftsperson who has original art or handcrafted products, please text or call Rob Fergesen at 717-253-2764.

Christmas Tree Lighting and Silent Auction

Mont Alto Borough lights its Christmas tree on Friday, December 6, at 6 PM. The tree is right next to our property. Come join us as we welcome in the holiday season. Local businesses will provide treats after the ceremony, and we'll be holding tours of our building and doing a "Make and take" that evening. Come make a craft with us.

In addition, we will be holding a silent auction of quilts (class samples and other quilts) throughout the weekend. Come check out our offerings and bid on your favorite quilt.

Throughout the weekend, we will be offering craft mini-classes. Drop in and check out the auction, tour the space, and make a small craft.

Again, the dates for that are December 6-8. Check our website and Facebook page for more information closer to the event.

Kids' Crafting

Looking for something to do with the kids the while school is out? We'll be offering kids' craft classes during the holiday break from school. Follow us on Facebook or check out our website to learn more as we get closer to the end of the year!

Christmas Tree Lighting The Mont Alto Borough Christmas tree is located right next to MakerCraft. The town gathers for carols, fellowship, a visit from Santa, and lighting of the tree.
